We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a smooth check-in.

A security deposit may apply depending on the booking platform or booking arrangement. Details will be shared before confirmation.
Can the sofa bed be prepared for a child?
Yes. The sofa bed can be prepared for a child or a single adult guest. Let us know your group setup before arrival.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please confirm beach towel availability at the time of booking if needed.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests may smoke outdoors, away from open windows and doors.
How do I get from Heraklion Airport to the cottage?
The cottage is approximately 20 minutes from Heraklion Airport by car. Taxi services are available from the airport and we can provide directions after booking confirmation.
Is the cottage suitable for remote work?
Yes. The Wi-Fi speed is 60+ Mbps, which is suitable for video calls, emails, browsing and general remote work.
Are there shops or tavernas nearby?
